- By using our services, you confirm you are the legal owner or authorised agent of the dog(s), that they are in good health, up to date on legally required vaccinations, and have not been ill with a contagious virus in the last 30 days.
Section 02

Multi-dog and long-stay discounts apply automatically at checkout — see the rates page for current savings.
Section 04
Health & Safety
To keep the pack safe, all owners must comply with our health requirements:
- Mandatory vaccination: proof of up-to-date Rabies vaccination is required for all dogs.
- Recommended: DHPP and Bordetella are not mandatory but strongly recommended. Titer tests are accepted.
- Parasite prevention: we strongly suggest flea & tick preventative medication, especially April through November.
- General health: dogs with contagious illnesses (e.g. kennel cough) are not permitted until cleared by a vet.
Section 05
Assumption of Risks
You acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your dog's participation, irrespective of any negligence on the part of Wilde K9.
Section 06
Liability Waiver & Indemnity
You agree to be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog while at Wilde K9, and you assume all risks associated with their participation in our activities.
Section 07
Veterinary Care
In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, you authorise Wilde K9 to obtain veterinary treatment for your dog as we deem necessary, at your cost. We will use the emergency contacts and vet on file before reaching alternative care.
Section 08
Personal Property
Wilde K9 is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property (leashes, collars, bedding, toys, etc.). You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to our facility, equipment, or to property belonging to other clients.
Section 09
Removal & Discontinuation
Wilde K9 may permanently remove your dog(s) from its facilities at its sole discretion if their presence poses a safety, behavioural, or health risk to staff, other dogs, or themselves.
Section 10
Excessive Barking
County noise regulations apply. A "repetitive barker" is defined as a dog that barks continuously for 10 minutes within any 30-minute window. To remain compliant and considerate to neighbours, bark collars may be used following an escalating sequence: tone → vibrate → stim.
Section 11
Pick-up & Drop-off
All scheduling requires 48 hours notice for changes. Drop-offs and pick-ups must be made within posted service hours.
Failure to pick up your dog within 10 days of the scheduled pickup may result in alternative care arranged at your cost.
Section 12
Promotional Materials
You agree that your dog(s) may be photographed or recorded during their stay, and that those images may be used for Wilde K9 promotional materials — including our website, social media, and marketing — at no compensation.
Section 13
Client Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Harassment, abuse, or aggression towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Section 14
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted here, and we'll note the last updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
