Terms of Service

We provide dog assessment, daycare, and overnight boarding services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog strictly based on safety concerns or behavioral assessments.

• Assessments: Mandatory for all new dogs before daycare or boarding.
• Space Availability: Bookings are subject to capacity limits.

Cancellations must be made within the specified windows to avoid fees. Late cancellations will be charged the full service rate.

To ensure a safe pack environment, all owners must comply with our health protocols:

• Mandatory Vaccination: Proof of up-to-date Rabies vaccination is required for all dogs.
• Recommended: DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations are not mandatory but are recommended. Titer tests are accepted.
• Parasite Prevention: We highly suggest your dog is on flea & tick preventative medication, especially from April to November.
• General Health: Dogs with contagious illnesses (e.g., kennel cough) are not permitted until cleared by a vet.

You agree to be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog while at Wilde K9. You assume all risks associated with your dog's participation in our activities.

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your dog at your expense.

We strive to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Harassment, abuse, or aggression towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services.
